Visiting my local Dick Smith store a few weeks ago, I noticed the Trend Micro boxes were now offering a free 1 year 20GB subscription to Carbonite for each Trend Micro license (ie purchase a 3 user pack, receive 3 x 20GB Carbonite subscriptions) you purchase.

How does this offer work?
The first step is to visit this page and to access your Carbonite Activation Code: http://shop.trendmicro.com.au/carbonite/ Enter your Trend Serial Number and the email address you wish to register Carbonite with. Your Carbonite subscription details including instructions will then be emailed to you.

The next step is to visit www.carbonite.com/trendmicro/au/ and register your 20GB free trial. Simply enter your email address and password, plus the Carbonite activation code supplied to you via email.

Note, you get 20GB per computer and the subscription lasts for 12 months. At the conclusion of the 12 months, you will need to purchase a 12 month Carbonite subscription from Carbonite in order to continue your backup.
